We offer complete and painless installation with our products. We send in our architect and installation specialist during the first meeting at a home, which is generally the conclusion to a free consultation, and survey exactly what needs to be done to meet your needs. We explain everything that we will do before ever doing anything to your home. There is then a downtime, usually around two or three weeks, when we order hardware, pre-program, test all hardware, and customize the system before install. Once this is complete, we schedule a day for installation. During that day, we completely install all hardware and configure the system. Afterward, we show you exactly how to use it and we do not leave until the job is done. We then give you contact information for your free month of technical support.
We offer free consultations to any of our customers living within 30 miles of Saint Charles, Missouri. We do make acceptions to this rule, but on a case by case basis.
If you are just too far for us to visit, we will treat each consultation request on a case by case basis. If you are ready to purchase and have only a few questions, we will more than likely be able to visit. If you are still unsure and not quite ready, we can most certainly walk you through what we need to know about your home in order to accommodate your needs through email or over the phone.
We offer customized configurations for more advanced needs. If you have a certain solution, such as something you have seen on TV, we can research the product and give you a custom quote, including setup and installation. Any idea you may have heard about or something you just thought of may be able to become a reality. Since we are professionals, we can work with you to make your dream come true.
